Very unhelpful. The pharmacist he was very rude and unhelpful. I needed medicine for my little boy and the pharmacy where his prescription was is close on a Saturday and Sunday which he’s without medication till Monday. He would’nt help and told me he could help and walked off. These people are in the profession to help people in needed. What obnoxious idiot. I later found out that he could have gave me a emergency prescription as it was a I owe you prescription from another Lloyd’s pharmacy and would be at his discretion, I would just after pay which I wouldn’t have minded as he needed it.

Ok but staff in pharmacy were preoccupied with serving another customer when one of them could have been serving me. They weren't 2m apart and one took her mask off for no apparent reason too.

Very disappointing service. I went to the pharmacy with my daughter to get antibiotics prescribed by the doctor for her pain. However, the woman who was at the counter refused to give the medication and saying that something is wrong with the system and turned her back on me. I do not recommend.

Although they are open good hours they never tell u when ur script is out of stock so u have to wait and go back to ur gp again. They take ages to get a script ready once it's been sent to them and if u have more than one script sent to them they don't check that so u end up going home with only half ur scripts and have to go back another day...tired of the hard work!!!!

Right what can I say about this Pharmacy apart from being very annoying😡.
When we moved to Loughborough little over 3 years ago, We changed from one pharmacy to this one because the last one was beyond useless🤦‍♂️.
This Lloyds pharmacy inside Sainsbury’s is also getting beyond the joke , quite often you receive the text saying that your meds are their but when you turn up for them they ask you to come back later or a different day🙄. Sometimes you could be standing there as if you are invisible 🤷‍♂️.
Now my experience today is that I received no text and yet ordered them days ago through the NHS app, rang the Charnwood GP who confirmed that the Pharmacy had received my prescription days ago, Lloyds pharmacy first said that they hadn’t got the meds, nothing in my name so after another 15mins of waiting and checking and spelling my name out 3 times and then them asking for my NHS number, guess what ? Yep it must of got lost in their system 🤷‍♂️. How does that happen?????
Then although it’s been found they then tell me to wait half hour or come back later at night , now being diabetic I need my meds and other meds that go with it and all given in in time but I’m sorry but it’s not good enough hence I felt the need to write this …. Just be aware of how these conduct their pharmacy if your in need of your medication!
You may have a long wait ……….🤦‍♂️.

I met my daughter in law in tears today having been to the pharmacy. She has a low immune system and wanted some advise, the pharmacist was doing flu jabs and obviously doesn't enjoy her job ! But please remember to show empathy and not to be patronising or adrupt/rude particularly in front of other customers. You do not know how they are feeling. Shame on you! You need to change career. Disgusting customer service

Absolutely a disgrace! After today's events with them, I will never return to this pharmacy again in the future. My daughter had been prescribed antibiotics which she desperately needed as she was very poorly, and with being a baby she needed to be treated quickly. But the pharmacist decided to withhold her prescription, and over ride what the doctor had prescribed her and amount, until she could speak with the gp the following day. My poor baby had go through another night in pain. When we spoke to the doctor after the pharmacist refused to hand over her medication, the doctor said she shouldn't have done that and what she prescribed was correct. Disgusting chemist

They took the money for a repeat prescription and just given me a part of the pills now afer 2 weeks I am in a lot of pain they are saying they can not provide with the rest and I should ring the GP to ask for a substitute or go elsewhere ..this is the attitude they are showing for someone out of medication because of their issues 😡😡
