Fantastic pharmacy, lovely people. Helpful advice. They sorted out all of the medication for me and my wife. Runs like clockwork. Brilliant pharmacist. Highly recommend

Been here twice, first time sold the wrong items and given the wrong advice. Had to consult a different pharmacist in a different pharmacy to get correct treatment. Second time sold medication that was 3 months out of date

Clearly going through so much right now, regarding COVID-19. I admire and respect their diligence. What a courageous team. Thank you for looking after us.

Always a friendly and relaxed environment. I have not used for prescriptions but always have what I need in regards to over the counter meds.

Arrived just shortly after 5, well before 5.30, staff all ignored me while I waited at desk. After 10 minutes I phoned them from within the store, pharmacist immediately answered, asked them to provide my prescription please. They looked out at me, made eye contact, said "yes" and hung up, then moved and hid behind the pillar for another 5 minutes before coming and asking what I wanted. I've swapped pharmacies now, advise others to do the same, one pharmacist there is really good, and all the others are awful.
Editing to add: Also refused to substitute my medication under SSP 030 saying they had no obligation to, despite that being a PSNC requirement.

Good service and friendly staff. Reading the poor reviews, it could be a reflection of the customer and their entitlements.
