very helpful and knowlegable. It is so nice to be treated as a human being and as we had the Flu jab my parents and myself thought how good it was dealt with and so easy to park. Thankyou. to a great team.

ABSOLUTELY - THEE BEST.
Friendly, caring staff, efficient, clean and so much on offer besides prescriptions.
Lovely items for sale catering for allergies.
Still as good today 7/11/2022 as they've always been. So kind so helpful.

I chose this pharmacy to be able to pick up my prescriptions. Being new, I emailed to ask if they notified you when your prescription was ready. I’m still waiting for a reply 4 weeks later. Tried phoning numerous times and had no reply. The automated system said everyone was busy. I walked into the pharmacy listening to the automated reply and found 2 staff definitely not busy. Changed pharmacy now.

Took my 6year old son here today for his first covid vaccination, the staff/volunteers were absolutely lovely, not only did they explain what they were going to do but they also treated him with respect and so much kindness!

Awful! Staff were very unhelpful and did not seem in the least bit concerned. They contradicted what I had been told at the surgery, which turned out that they were wrong. I have now changed my pharmacy.

Never have I ever been to a pharmacy like this one! Surprised it hasn’t closed down by now.
Every time I went to the pharmacy my
Medication was never ready.
One time they said no pills and I asked them to check again and then found it.
They cannot cope with repeat prescriptions and so disappointing trying.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by trying again. But it didn’t change.
Last time I went in (it wasn’t the owner) but older lady asked me to go in the office and speak with her. Where she was rude, unkind and laughing behind her mask. She turned it all on me for being a bad customer. Who wouldn’t complain when every visit to collect meds is a failure.
This woman is adept at turning it all on you and does not know how to communicate at all. I pity her family! She told me she is striking me off their books. Which was fine by me. Most people who came in were turned away while I was there. One other woman told me she needed prescription baby milk and they couldn’t even supply that to her.
I must have been spoilt in my last chemist in norwich because not had one problem with them in the 28 years I lived there!
Older staff members can’t communicate and take everything personally and blame you, the doctors or anything else they can. The younger ones are bemused by it all and perhaps a little frightened when they cannot satisfy the customers.
Steer well clear!

Can’t fault the staff at this pharmacy.needed to drop of a prescription and just by chance asked the guy if they were doing COVID vaccines. He said yes and not only within 10inches had I had my covid booster but my Flu vaccine aswell 😳 …shame they can’t recreate the disused buildings on site to a Drs surgery as would be an asset to the area 🙂

I am new to the area and transferred to this pharmacy because Tescos can’t do repeat prescriptions.
Yesterday I went to collect my prescription and glad I looked in it because they had given me 20 mg of my prescription meds rather than the 10mg that was changed back in October. On collecting them in October I was told that it is now all set up and in my next lot they will be 10mg not 20mg.
Yesterday, they took such a long time just to find my medication but then told me that the surgery have not changed the dosage or put it on repeat. I doubted it was the surgery.
So, today the surgery call me (how quick was that!) and explains that my dosage was changed on 21st October and I was issued with 56 tablets. My next prescription that the pharmacy asked for was 10th December and they issued 56 10mg tablets to Worlingham pharmacy then. As the pharmacy said they had no prescription for the 10mg yesterday I had to accept the 20mg. However, when I got home they hadn’t even got that right. They had issued 28 tablets not the normal 56 that I have, so even in the quantity they made an error.
I am concerned that the staff do not know how to use the computer system. They took so long looking it up and then came back saying surgery not issued it. This pharmacy is very quick to blame the surgery for everything.
One lady came in for some ibuprofen. A member of staff walked forward and back to the till with this in her hand and the lady waited patiently. Eventually, I heard her say shall I just serve this lady with the ibuprofen? That poor woman waited about 15 minutes for one item when she had it in her hand all the time. The staff seems to wander about not really achieving anything.
Customer service is zero. It’s a shame we are so limited because the only other pharmacy I know is at Beccles hospital site and nowhere to park. Can anyone recommend a good one?
