Rowlands Pharmacy Hornchurch

Sadly the worst chain of pharmacies I have ever experienced. Today I went to buy some antihistamine and the shop was AGAIN half closed with shutters half down and a notice saying they have no staff. We asked for these simple tablets and they said they are not OTC / not allowed to sell anything without a pharmacist on site. Twice before the same thing happened. And on another occasion we waited 45 mins to be told they don’t stock what we needed (a simple antibiotic!) Shall never again visit this place. It’s like dying a slow death!

Absolutely disgusted my sister was on the phone to me told me to hold on while she put her prescription in the man told her to get of the phone to me for what reason ???? He wouldn’t give her the meds she needs even tho she was crying her eyes out !!! On what planet do you refuse someone’s prescription because she was on the phone to me please !!!! Told her to go hand it somewhere else. disgusting!!!!

I would give it a minus 1 star, after 4 attempts at getting an outstanding prescription of 7 tablets still not got them poor service, met with a animated chemist who couldn't deal with our queries and stormed off. Wasn't going to speak to me no more fingers crossed Its supposedly due in tomorrow after that I'm going elsewhere a snail could deliver them faster than Rowlands Pharmacy

I am so angry with this pharmacy.
I’m supposed to receive texts to say when my medication is ready but they never do, you can NEVER get through on the phone (it just rings off constantly) and they have lost my tablets on numerous occasions.
I wish I had somewhere else I could go!

Staff are slow and Incompetent and they never have the full amount to complete the order and then when I complained the staff were rude and ignored me

Never answer phone. Been trying all afternoon and they have switched the phone to a fax machine now
Prescription never ready and always missing something that you discover when you get home
Some of the staff are just so rude - blatantly horrible sometimes

Worst service, slowest staff, limited staff, generally very very poor. Half the shelves are empty. Should let someone who knows what there doing run this business. Clearly the Runcorn head office accept shoddy service as standard practice up north. Pack up or sell up to boots. Doing the locals a total disservice taking a Pharnacy slot another company could manage.

Manager of the store thinks she is something, rude disrespectful and interrupting abother people conversation, no one asked her. I ready rised complain to pharmacist council about her behaviour.
