I have a condition that requires medication in a emergency during Certain times.. recently I had been managing my condition in a positive manner. Unfortunately an emergency arise and I need my emergency medication.. I had to contact The pharmacy to request this there was unfortunately a problem that I needed to contact NHS 111 before the medication could be issued. This was a problem not with the pharmacy. The problem was the attitude received from both the service personal and the pharmacist who seemed to be abrupt and forceful in the nature ( maybe they had experienced the situation many times before but this my 1st!!) they were almost delighted to tell me they couldn’t give my medication and that it’s my fault my problem not there’s.. after 10 hours on the phone to 111 a Dr finally phoned in the prescription. However ASDA pharmacist assistant said there was a problem and they couldn’t actually issue it and they can’t help me and I need to go through the process again!! She seemed so pleased that there was a problem and made me feel like I was a really bad person and deserved it when I was just poorly and upset I did not use bad language or raise my voice yet was treated like nothing and with no compassion and with an almost Arrogant delight in my symptom’s and condition..were worse and that I was suffering!! perhaps they should realise they are dispensing medication to people who are both sick and need it not people who are concerned about there online grocery shopping or upset about poor substitutes in there orders. A total lack of compassion and empathy on all services!!!

I had a vaccination here. The pharmacist that administered the vaccine was very professional, the consultation room was very clean unlike some pharmacies and generally the experience was positive. Especially during Covid, I felt at ease here.

Wonderful. Always attentive and have repeat meds on time. No issues at all. The male pharmacist is fantastic he's always friendly and goes into detail If needed on meds and effects. Much better than other pharmacies.

I went in today to ask for some fairly straight forward advice and instead of getting the help I hoped for, I was spoken to in such a way by the male pharmacist that I felt quite upset for some time afterwards.
