Boots Pharmacy

Really great staff, sorted me out when i was in a bind. Will be back.

Only a very small Boots so limited choices and stock. Good for general, basic items and can usually find a sufficient alternative if they do not stock my regular first choices. Make up brand choices are limited but there is a make up area. Primarily a pharmacy than a larger cosmetics/beauty store.

Mrs Patel (Senior) is excellent and always knowledgeable and helpful and so is Mrs Patel (Junior) no relation. A well run store like retail should be but these days in 2018 many people are in too much of a hurry. I think Mrs Patel senior should be in an advert for Boots as she must be one of their longest staff members and is so pleasant to deal with.

Great local boots friendly staff

The departure of Mrs Patel has sorely hurt the running of this place. Long, long waiting times, failure to get correct prescriptions in on time, and general confusion and incompetence. Sad :(

Boots is Boots and always will be, their shops are beginning to look dated now, but they still have a good range of products, that you cannot get elsewhere. Boots is old school, but I love their shops.

Amateurish service. Shambolic. Poorly managed branch. Not good enough.
