I understand that Pharmacists have lunch breaks but at 4.10pm on Monday the only pharmacist had a conference call until after 5pm and therefore nobody was available to check prescriptions. This is not good customer service.

Didn't give me my important medication ( anti seizure meds ) wasn't in the bag when picked up my meds, rang them and was told they hadn't got them in stock, but clearly forgot to mention this when I picked them up !! Very incompetent and also keep you waiting ages too, my first time using this pharmacy and it's not a good first impression, to leave out a vital medication is disgusting, staff need a kick up the backside.

Pharmacy very rarely has my prescription ready even after a long time.. always have difficulty finding it..and if they do find a there are usually bits missing..do not recommend..

Never answer the phone. Also don't feel in good hands in regards to scripts. I've been without my medication now for nearly a week and can't get anyone to tell me whats going on.

Consistently terrible service.. I frequently wait 30 40 mins to pick up my prescription.. They are clearly so disorganised..constantly losing patients prescriptions..they’ll often give you half of your prescription.. The girls work hard but it’s a disaster area.. Never go here..

Just horrendous. Constantly reject my prescription due to ridiculous things. Most recent issue is the pharmacist read the ‘2022’ in the date as ‘2002’ and refused my prescription. I’m now 2 months without my medication,

Absolutely dreadful. They don’t answer the phone. Go into the shop the staff are slow; surly and think they are doing you a favour. Complained to their Head Office didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply. Clear from all the negative comments that they are not bothered!!
