I've also found them freindly and helpful, more of a personal service than the big chains and would recommend them.

The pharmacist, young lady is deeply unpleasant and cold. If she’s not happy with her life she has to change the job or find a boyfriend 😃

Went to get some pepto bismol as I had a very upset stomach (vomiting and diarrhoea). I was informed it was discontinued and was recommended milk of magnesia. £6 for a small bottle is expensive, but the real issue was that while it des sooth an upset stomach, it's also a laxative! Seriously! Not impressed. And peptol bismol is of course not discontinued, but widely available.

This pharmacy is ridiculously overpriced. Go in and check the price, then take a short walk to Superdrug. Its just a right, a right and a right. Only 250 feet according to Google and you will find that many items are as much as fifty percent off.

Sent away as they were unable to locate a private prescription they were sent. Then they found it after the issuer told them what they should have known, so I have to go back

Outstanding service from Pharmacist Chidozi Chi. It was a pleasure to find such a very helpful pharmacist who diligently advised me and assisted me getting the medication I needed. Helpful and sincere staff make you feel confident and pleased with the requests you make of them.
Excellent service.

This Pharmacy is full of rude staff staff. Incredibly arrogant. I spoke to 3 staff over the phone trying to solve a simple issue with Covid test, and they were all rude. They didn't want help and were unwilling to help. Their language was very patronising and misplaced. It is beyond me that people who are presumed to help other can behave in such primitive way. I do not advise anybody to use their service. Find other jobs if you stressed.

Atrocious, I came into the pharmacy in anaphylactic shock trying to get antihistamine and the staff would not even look at me. When I was paying, the cashier was fully turned away from me and I didnt even know if she knew I was there. After I left with my incredibly overpriced antihistamine I collapsed against the pharmacy wall as I couldnt breathe and my also 15 year old friend had to call an ambulance for me whilst the rude lady at the counter gawked at me through the window without offering any assistance whatsoever. If it were not for two nice men who told my friend the address the ambulance would never have got there and I quite possibly could have died. The pharmacy did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help us and therefore I would never ever ever ever touch this place again with a ten foot pole.
