Well - Milnsbridge - Market Street

While the staff are friendly and chat with most people this just adds to the inefficiency. Most times prescriptions are not ready items out of stock. You pick up a bag of items and find items missing because there is a separate bag. It has taken 4 attempts to get diabetic medication. My husband went to pick up a prescription for me I said there should be 9 items he did not know what I needed. The member of staff said there was something missing but expected my husband to know what item this was. She did not attempt to look on the computer. I explained yesterday that I was working all day and needed specific meds as I had run out. I am now having to leave work to go and fetch this item after I rang the pharmacy to discover they are on the shelf and had not been handed over. I could have been an elderly person and this would have been totally unacceptable. This is not the first time this has happened and would suggest more training is needed.

Not impressed that the man in there wants you to call your full name and address out to everyone standing in the room listening! There is such a thing as privacy and asking someone with more care for their sake. And what’s more I think he finds it funny! Not a good person to represent the pharmacy I’m afraid!!!

Sorry but you shouldn't have to wait days for a prescription to be sorted, it's obvious if a prescription for antibiotics comes from the doctor they are needed straight away not days later. They are always so slow I have never known a chemist like it before.

Lovely hard working staff..doing their absolute best in hard times i have watched so many people be so rude to them since covid..give them a minute. give them a smile and give them your patience.....they are dedicated to your care so be kind.

Terrible place for prescriptions .
Place a order and a week later still medication.
One time they had given my sons prescription to sumone else .
You can even phone them and once you get there they cant find it.
Its a joke .
Staff are friendly but always seem to be problems..
Stopped using them now.

I only give it 1 star due to the very nice polite lady who works there. Its a complete shambles, it seems to close whenever it feels like. It took me 45 mins to queue for my prescription today.

Terrible service. Rang over 7 times over several hours. Either got put onto busy or just rang for ever. Eventually went there, having to drive 5 miles only to not be let in at 16:15 because they said they were closed when the opening hours are clearly marked as til 18:00. I asked why and was just told "sorry". Went home empty handed. Avoid if possible

Q Q Q Q - the letter of the day, More Q’s and waiting in line outside for over 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. Shocking.

More staff needed or at least somebody to come out and speak to us
