I’ve never experienced a more shocking lack in customer service went to pick up my weekly prescription on Monday wen it due to only be told they have the prescription but won’t be ready till nxt day wen they no full well it’s due every Monday wen asked why it won’t be ready till next day my response was because it wont if ya not happy then take ur script somewhere who can be bothered to do it my jaw hit the floor I was speechless I certainly wont be going bck thier again

If you need to speak to a member of staff regarding your prescription or ask for advice from a pharmacist. Via the telephone number for Lloyds Pharmacy. No body seems willing to answer the phone. I'm currently unwell and have been ring since 9:30am. It's now 12:20. Others are trying to ring them also as the line was engaged. I understand that they get busy but surely someone can spare 2 minutes to answer the phone. It's quicker to jump in the car and go down there yourself

When it comes to answering the phone. They let it Ring & Ring & Ring. That's very bad customer service. Also I've noticed some if the staff are quite rude to there customer's. Changes need to be made definitely

The staff are helpful in person but what is the point of having a telephone line if they NEVER answer it?

Been trying to get though to them for a week and it hasn't been answered once I have tried 43 times today from 10am to 5.27pm ...... fuming

What Didgusting service at this pharmacy - RUDE staff at first point of contact - LOUDLY Demanding Details that are in breach of GDPR and Data Protection and couldn't understand the very clear access instructions on an electronic prescription - even though they are written in
easy- to- understand - plain Language. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL - Not even worth 1 star All of that SUB STANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE and other patients are regularly told - we don't have thd medicines in or it's only part of the prescription. God only knows how such people are allowed to operate!!! PEOPLE - DONT BOTHER!!! If I could leave a -10 in the star rating review - I would - I would have rung and complained to the actual pharmacist - but other reviewers - said they don't answer - EVER! I'll be doing a WRITTEN COMPLAiNT as well as this review. Disgusting!!!

A lot better than it was years ago when I last reviewed it. The pharmacists are better than before and the rest of the staff are friendly. I would give 5 stars if they had air conditioning installed!

How do you waste 2hrs of your life.
Try to get a repeat prescription filled ordered 10 days ago. People waiting over an hour for repeat prescriptions, good job it’s sunny queuing out side and onto foot path, loads of workers seem not to be able to find prescriptions, querying patient wat are you waiting for or previously had.
Complete and utter shambles go somewhere where they know what they are doing.

Only giving one star because there's nothing lower than one.long queues Outside as they won't let you in.
