Jays Pharmacy Egham

Always helpful and very lovely staff. I've had a woman physically go to another pharmacy on the High Street to see if they had an item in stock for me. I've had to have items ordered in and it was done so quickly and a text received when it was available to collect. Honestly cannot fault them or their wonderful staff who are always knowledgeable and happy to help me with any question no matter how small.

The pharmacy itself is bright and airy, always smells amazing (I know its not important but I hate the stuffy medical pharmacy smell so this is a plus for me) and they stock a wonderful range of skin care and personal care items.

I am so happy I tried out this pharmacy.

Today I visited Jay's after my regular pharmacy told me they didn't have the dosage of my regular medication. They only gave me the option of taking the prescription away. I walked into Jay's worried I might not be able to get it and it's a medication I can't suddenly stop.

Jay's staff were all so helpful. I could see that they were busy but the lady helped me to resolve it giving me a solution. I happy to agree to them being my nominated pharmacy now.

Jays pharmacy in Egham have always been helpful polite caring and attentive when l have needed answers to questions. My prescriptions are always ready when l collect. First Class service from them all.

Avoid if you can. I just had the most ghastly customer service experience in my life. They tried to make me feel like a terrible person just because I wanted to return a cleanser. The law in UK is clear, anything that is unopened or undamaged can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. They made me wait for an hour and tried to convince me that it cannot be returned. In the end they did finally accept to refund it but then told me very bluntly to never come into their shop again. That was shocking to hear because I was being very polite despite their unprofessional conduct.

Came over from boots next door and they not only sorted me immediately but were caring, polite and very quick! Cannot recommend higher.

Every time I go to this pharmacy I treated rudely, the phone is answered by people who do not know what they doing. Giving the wrong information and advice. Not giving out medication with prescriptions. I would highly recommend NOT using this pharmacy. They also give out medication to imagrants whom go to the uni without a prescription. They cannot deal with 'busy times' which is no more than 3 customers, when they have 4 people working there. Refuse to answer phone calls and when they do its with a rude tone like you are a criminal for calling them.

Pure class. Warm welcome from the moment I walked in that day as his first customer. He was alone at the time and clearly busy getting ready for the day but stopped what he was doing and served me promptly. Been back twice now and noticed that this is just the kind of service the pharmacist and his team provide, which I find is lacking in so many places on the high street nowadays.

Best part is that I always walk out with what I need and a whole lot more in the way of information and direction to other services available to me. Highly recommended to my family and friends, who all now use this chemist regularly! I am very happy that he is part of our community here. A personal thank you to him and all the other team members, from me and my dad who encouraged me to write this review.
