Best pharmacy in the area. Fantastic friendly staff. My partners health is much worse than mine and the other day I went in to collect her prescription, without asking they also gave me mine which I had forgotten I had ordered. We used to go to another local pharmacy for years and the service was really bad, always owing meds. In the six months since we switched, Ronchetti has never run out. Has a reliable delivery service too. Shop is clean bright and warm too when it's freezing cold outside. Only downside is they don't have a big shop with lots of counter goods, but for meds it's definately no.1. There's another pharmacy across the road but there's never anyone in it. Nuff said about that!

Always had a great experience with the staff. All local faces who are really helpful. I once forgot my card at home and they let me take the prescription, rather than let me walk out without my medication. Also they have a great selection of bits and bobs that you don't get in other chemists.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I have been using this liars for a while for my every month prescription. There was some issues sometimes but I though things happens itself. Until now, when I found out that my prescription has not been requested from my GP, but they told me that the GP has not sign my prescription. It was a lie. When I asked my GP what is going on.? I’ve been told that the pharmacy never requested my medication. Ridiculous!!! I’ve lost few days of my treatment, run out of my medication and I had to take day off to sort this out.

The staff are always friendly and helpful the place can get very busy at times but the staff always do their best to make sure you get the help you need as soon as they can iv never been into the pharmacy and they haven’t had what I needed very good all round cos some pharmacies I have been into are absolute chaos people don’t realise that sometimes the staff can get a lot of hassle from customers who get very angry cos when the pharmacy doesn’t have what you are going in there for i.e prescriptions and that prescription is needed to keep someone alive maybe people start acting different so all in all good job all round keep up the good work

Generally great service but with the recent 10p charge for carrier bags they are very reluctant to give out the paper bags. Baring in mind the government doesn't tax the businesses, the 10 pence is theirs to keep this is a very cheap move. Unfortunately I ended up getting into a bit of an argument with the pharmacist over the issue and in the end offered to pay for the paper bag which there isn't even a charge for.

Useless pharmacy, shouldn’t be called pharmacy, they sell insulin syringe in a bag that doesn’t say the gauge length of needles, and what’s funny is that so called pharmacist they don’t know what gauge of needle means!!!
