Quick and friendly service and can be very convenient if they have your medicine in (which I find they often don't), but it's only small branch.

Luckily you're within spitting distance of a much bigger Lloyds if you need one and they'll always suggest it, rather than make you wait.

Possibly the worst pharmacy around. Staff are rude, slow and constantly chatting rather than serving. It is attached to a Doctors surgery so it is busy and it is too small for purpose.

So bad have to wait over a week to collect a repeat prescription and told basically it's too bad they are short staffed. Very poor service has always been slow but now ridiculous.

I have a regular prescription to pick up each week , I Post it next door at the surgery and then it get's sent over to the pharmacy . Generally I get a text to tell me when it's available to pick up . There is never a problem and over the past two years with the Covid Pandemic the staff have been put under a great deal of pressure , I praise their attitude and compassion . It must have been very hard to cope.Currently they have an issue with not having enough Pharmacists for both chemists in Bovey Tracey.The whole team should be congratulated for their work . Keep at it guys you're doing a great job .

The staff are lovely and friendly. But this pharmacy is so small and not for for purpose. For the amount of patients it serves it need to be much larger. Queuing outside is not good when you are in pain.
