Not helpful staff. Text message informed me meds were ready for collection. When I got there some items were missing. On more than one occasion had to make multiple trips to get all meds ordered. It would be better if they got all meds ready before texting me so I don't have to go twice.
UNUSEABLE service. Yet another txt message to make another trip to pick up more meds missed from the previous trip.

It’s really amazing pharmacy, all staffs are very helpful and friendly and the all medications are brilliantly prepared and organised with the correct medication for you at the daily basis and you can have them being delivered at your doorstep.

It is a busy pharmacy with lots of customers and prescriptions to dispense, so you may wait a bit for service, but staff have always been helpful and polite, and able to offer useful advice. Prices always seem good - I was surprised to find Gaviscon heartburn liquid cost twice as much in Superdrug!

Have stopped using them, due to not being able to fulfill my prescriptions on time, have heard every excuse possible.
It's a pity as the location is very convenient.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and often go out of their way to help you. However, for those who order by phone, they need a better system, as the phone often goes unanswered and says ‘user busy’ with no option to leave a message on the answering machine. This can be frustrating when trying to order repeat prescriptions.

Very bad customer service. Went to pick up medicine around 6pm and they couldn’t find it. Then they ask for the text confirmation for picking up the medicine which i got ready to show them then they ignore me for 5 mins. Finally after 10 mins they get it ready. Tried to ask them why was the medicine not ready when i already got the text also called them in the afternoon to double confirm it was ready and they said it was but now have to wait there for 10 mins. No apology or any answer after i asked the question and just asking to me to pay up. Again asked them cause this is the second time it happened and all they said was we will take a note which they said last time as well rubbish.

Great pharmacy with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Whenever I go in there with a complaint, they are quick to point me towards the right medication and help me differentiate between the various options for my complaint. Staff always have a smile on their face.

Very rude lady. If she is not happy with her job just find another job. She made my whole day mood off. I will never go there . All of them are very helpful but only one black lady with glasses is so rude.
