If you want to go into a pharmacy run by bullies then this is the place to go.
The pharmacist started out by saying I was lying about calling them even though my phone log showed otherwise. She then thought it would be funny to start calling me patronising memes such as sweetie and darling despite repeatedly bring asked not to call me that and then though it was funny that she was upsetting me and took great joy in telling other customers that.
So yes . . . A pharmacy that's worth going to if you want to be laughed at and want the staff to set off your PTSD.

STAY WELL CLEAR

Changing my previously good review. This pharmacy has gone drastically downhill under new management and new location. Stock not ordered, vague and dishonest on phone. Service in-store incredibly and very frustratingly slow.

I looked on line and was pleased when I saw the pharmacy was open, however 2 trips there today and the shutter was firmly down. No messages to say why they weren't open and advertising on line said they were. Not good 😔

This pharmacy has a lot of bad reviews but although they're not perfect by any means, (no pharmacy is!) you get a decent service. I find the staff pleasant, I'm always polite and respectful towards them and they are always the same towards me. There have been occasions when I have forgotten to order a repeat prescription and they have helped me out, advancing me an inhaler plus given me good advice on other subjects. The woman on the counter is always very friendly and helpful. I think if you're polite and have reasonable expectations you will have no issues here

The Leys Pharmacy put up a notice to make it known they will not tolerate disrespectful behaviour towards their staff. It's a shame that they fail to realise that their inadequate way of working which they don't seem to realise is quite upsetting. You can sometimes read their unprofessional body language. It's the worse pharmacy I have used by far. They don't appear to see both sides, no just the fact that the customer is a nuisance, oh unless they know that person as a an acquaintance.
