Riverside pharmacy

I visited this pharmacy this morning for an emergency prescription, I dont have to go to go to my gp often and this pharmacy is conveniently just underneath. I handed in my prescription and asked to speak to the pharmacist about the medication, he was knowledgeable and reassuring, the service was super quick and I've signed up for their repeat prescription service.

All staff were friendly and there were lots of smiles.

All round great atmosphere.

Best Pharmacy team I've come across, lovely girls! Parents recently moved up to the area; the staff there were very helpful in getting their prescriptions transferred across from the new GP surgery, and sorted out the dates with the doctor so they get all their medication at once. After all the trouble we've had with numerous Pharmacies not dealing with problems and not answering the phone, this was a breath of fresh air for us! Pharmacist there was brilliant too, young man who was very cheerful and informative, told us crucial information about one of the tablets that Dads never been told before in his 15 years taking the tablet! Also he was great at flu jabs, parents didnt feel a thing and done in minutes! Great Pharmacy service all round

Staff are polite, quick and communicate clearly every time we need their assistance. I also had my 2nd covid jab here and it was a very positive experience as opposed to the one at the city hospital where I was treated just like a number. Riverside pharmacy staff actually listened to me, gave me their time and the lady was genuinely kind, calm and supportive. This whole covid thing vaccination took its toll on me but you helped me regain the faith in high standard health care and humanity. Thank you. And thank you for the volunteers, they were very welcoming and helpful. Bless them

Absolutely ridiculous, had a message from NHS to get COVID booster, went online answered all the questions and booked an appointment. Arrived for the vaccine and they refused to give it. What a joke. Could not recommend, will never use again.

Every single time I go to pick up a prescription there are items missing, despite me ordering at least a week in advance. Not ideal having to keep returning when not in the best of health.

would not recommend, had several emails and texts to get the flu jab because i am eligible to have one which i am.. booked and turned up then staff at the doors who went through the form i had to fill out on arrival tried to tell me i’m not eligible for the jab when i clearly am and have always been.. rude staff would not go here again

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a treatment, every day they tell me come tomorrow

My partner had her first covid jab here they were great . All the staff are very polite and helpful. I just wanted to take a moment to recognise the quality of care she received. And a special thank you to the St Johns Ambulance volunteer who was in the waiting room checking on people and wiping down surfaces . Your all doing a great job 👏👍
