Staff are amazing with me here. Sometimes my medication has to be ordered in but since I can’t swallow tablets, it is understandable they don’t stock it. I always get a text through when it’s ready which really helps.

Been trying to ring wells pharmacy since the night of 16/6/22...with no answer. So decided to drive there, to be met with a quickly written message on door "This store is closed from 3pm 17/6/21 Due to staff Shortages. We will open at 7am sat 18/6/21 sorry for any inconvenience caused"
(Wrong year)....maybe it should read..Due to now living in a 3rd world country. Vital Mediation is not a priority & we dont care. What is this country coming too

They lost my prescription for the third time in a row. After a garbled explanation I was told that my medication would have to be ordered again, meaning another week of waiting; for a total of two weeks without my epilepsy medication.

Shameful. They offered no apologies because they honestly don't care.

Shockingly bad pharmacy….. disorganised and slow beyond belief…. Had to queue outside a full hour the other night. Never have medication ready and they blame the doctors surgery. I went to collect my blood pressure tablets for the THIRD time only to be told they weren’t ready , when I told the assistant or what ever she was I had ran out she said … oh you’ll be fine … absolutely disgusting and unprofessional…..will not be using them ever again and I’ll be emailing there head office…. That’s a promise

This is a pharmacy under pressure. They always do what they can but please give them a chance. They will always sort something out but remember it is not always their fault. It can be Dr's, suppliers and staff shortages. Thank you Well. Brighter days are ahead ✨️

Never answer the phone,so after 2 hours of trying to get through I travelled there, as others closed, only for the man to shut the door in my face! Then I am faced with a sign saying they are closed for half an hour. This closure is not on the information online. If they have staffing issues perhaps they could explain it in the sign, on the web page and especially on the answer phone message!!!!!

Open till 10pm because that's how long it takes to get served.
1st in the cue
22 minutes to get one prescription, people waiting outside to be served
Communication is awful an staff not welcoming. Will never use this pharmacy again!

We have had positive experiences from here, but equally bad.

When I visit (depending who's on) we can have a superb service.

Recently on the phone it's been rude and terrible. Being told nothing can be done and we'll have to wait for the GP the next day (not 5 minutes later ASDA LE Pharmacy asked us to bring my child in to check at 9pm. The pharmacist had a look and recommended calling a Dr straight away for antibiotics).

Quite a contrast when only one company's primary business is healthcare!!!

This pharmacy doesn't seem to be learning lessons (or has any jnterest in improving).
