A great pharmacy. All the bad and 1 star reviews are one-off situations which happen in all pharmacies, dont be put off by them.

A prescription takes upto 2 working days to be done by a GP, and Mistry's have a lot of patients to look after. So as long as you give them the time that they need, especially during a worldwide pandemic, your prescription will be ready for you on the shelf.

They are doing a very difficult job, dealing with potentially dangerous medicines, and under immense pressure.

The pharmacy should not be treated like it is a fast-food restaurant, prescriptions take time to get ready, it is not just putting the boxes into a bag. The risks to your health, even for something simple like a course of anti-biotics, are massive if they make a mistake due to the pressure they work under.

If you care about your own health, you should give them the patience they deserve. You only need to go there once a month, be patient and understanding and you will be looked after by one of the best pharmacy teams around.

INCOMPETENT, USELESS. LEFT ME WAITING FOR 20 MINS LOOKING FOR A PRESCRIPTION THAT HAD GONE TO THE WRONG PHARMACY ( THIS IS WHAT THEY WERE PI@#%NG ABOUT WITH). ASKED ME 3 TIMES HOW TO SPELL MY NAME/ POSTCODE/DATE OF BIRTH. TOLD ME THAT I'D SPELT MY OWN NAME WRONG!!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED THIS PHARMACY, IT WILL BE THE LAST!!!! DID I MENTION NO APOLOGY OR NO EXPLANATION WHY I COULDN'T GET THROUGH ON THE FONE FOR 2 HOURS!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Despite the website saying that they are open till 5 . The was a sign on the door saying that they only open till 1. As we walked past they where serving a middle aged man his prescription ( at around 1.45) however when my wife asked the pharmacist said they where closed now till Tuesday because of the bank holiday. She is now moving her prescription to Boots. Just on the reply below that is simply not true you advised my wife that you where closed, you did not offer any help. Not sure why she is not deserving of compassion ? Also I have checked the NHS and emailed as this information is also out of date.

Changed from Pharmacy2U to this local pharmacy recently after encountering a number of issues getting urgent meds for my son delivered. This small, friendly pharmacy have been instrumental in dealing with his GP directly to ensure urgent medication was available for collection and then in setting up a monthly routine to ensure his meds are ready on time. Some of this medication needs to be in blister packs and the pharmacist has been extremely helpful in organising this. Despite a few teething problems, I cannot fault the service and helpful staff.

Since changing management from Mistrys this pharmscy has gone downhill. Prescriptions often not ready even when they say they are, items missing, incorrect quantities & they argue it is never their fault. I've now changed to Tesco. I would avoid.

Excellent service as always friendly staff! Medication is always ready on time and always get a text from them to say it’s there.

Very efficient service now, received a text to let me know that my prescription was ready, since the new management have taken over the service has been transformed. Thank you to all the staff there.
