Well Swansea - Beacon Centre For Health

Firstly, I have given this Pharmacy 1 star as there is no option to give a zero review. I visited this pharmacy having left a prescription to be dispensed. I was told that 1 item was not in stock and it would be ordered and ready for collection the following day. On returning the following day to collect my 'owing item I was told that it had not been in their order and in fact there was a manufacturing problem and it therefore was not available and i would have to get another prescription from my gp as they could not give me back the prescription as it had partially been dispensed. Being a retired Pharmacist, I knew this was correct. However, when ordering this item the Pharmacist would have been informed that it was not available subsequently being told it was not in the order was in fact untrue! The staff in this pharmacy have no customer service skills, every thing seems disorganised, unprofessional and not welcoming to customers. It does not instill confidence in taking your prescription there. I will not visit this pharmacy again and have told relatives and friends to take their prescriptions elsewhere where customer service will be apparent and standards will not fall as clearly it has done at Well Pharmacy. Avoid this pharmacy.

This has to be the worst pharmacy Ive ever had the misfortune to use. Drop a prescription in at 9am and told it will be ready by 11am, turn up after 11am only to be told its not ready, cant wait so go again next day, and guess what, its not ready! Turn up the day after that, still not ready, sit around for 30 minutes to then be told they dont have all the items! This is not an isolated incident and has happened numerous times to both me and my wife. For goodness sake, how do these people stay in business?

My daughter arrived at this chemist 16:00 last night to collect her prescription, the web site says they are open till 19:00 she was there for 16:00 they were closed so she rang the bell to be met by a very rude woman who said we are closed, my daughter questioned the opening times again by the very rude woman with a mouth full of food we are closed and we close at 16:00 my daughter pointed to the times on the door and got yeah well we are closed, my daughter asked for prescription and was refused, when she asked what if they are life saving and I needed them now, the reply from the rude woman was WE ARE CLOSED! in this time of every supposedly being helpful what the ..... my family have now contacted our GP and asked for our prescriptions to be moved from this chemist to Boots at Giltbrook. They do not deserve any customers when they are treating perople this way. I did not want to give this any stars but it wont let you post unless you do, I hope some senior management read this at some point.

The entrance has a ramp but definitely not wheelchair accessible, the gradient is too high. Will take photo next time there

most people go here because they Need medication 💊 mix ups bad manners inadequate , get new staff or close for good

Really shocking customer service!! I came earlier in the day because the prescription was ready.. Sent me away to find out 'what I needed most' I came back in a queue which is bad enough anyway but one member of staff who's name will be unnamed for now. Told me she wanted me and other customers out even though it was 18:20 and closing time is 18:30.... Then she tells me that she doesn't have any items on prescription in stock in other words 'she wanted me and other customers out'. She also said to me a while back, have more faith in us..... PFFFFFT yeah okay!

Absolutely shocking customer service, staff are in the back talking, people come in and are left waiting for ages, having to result in shouting "hello" to be served! Also sat waiting for well over half an hour for a prescription to be checked! Would not recommend at all
