Boots Pharmacy

Customer service here is very very poor. I went in today because I have a repeat prescription service set up where they are supposed to text you. I heard absolutely nothing from them. I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes with two members of staff right in front of me. Neither acknowledged me even to say we'll be with you shortly. I was served after another minute only to be told the gp hadn't given them my prescription so they may need to see me.
Why couldn't boots notify me that there was a problem and I needed to see the GP?
Poor service really, I only use boots pharmacy because they use the same company for my medication every time whereas other pharmacies use different ones and I've had pills that are huge and difficult to swallow and others that break easily and have different colourings in them when I just want consistency with the medication I take.

This Boots is located on the ground floor of the brewery in Romford. A good-sized store with the pharmacy located at the rear. Staff seem well trained and knowledgeable.

The only problem I have with this store is I can never find the things I want. Not sure if stock is regularly moved around the store or I don't go in here enough to remember where everything is located.

On a positive note, this branch never seems to get as busy as the main store in the shopping centre and it has a night medication window for after-hours collection.

I always get my repeat prescription from this branch, I have never had any problems really to be honest. they send me a text reminder before my previous medication runs out.

The best boots branch! Very helpful and kind staff I gave prescription yesterday but the medicine is not available they order it and got it today thanks

Friendly staff, never no problems ordering prescriptions for me and then sending a text to inform me they are ready to collect.

This Boots pharmacy is very difficult to find as it is hidden at the first floor of a small shopping mall.It is also closed on Sundays.But the personally is very friendly and they have medication in stock that other Boots around don't
