My son ( 8 years old ) stood patiently at the counter waiting to be served , i watched as the staff proceeded to aknowledge and serve people who had just walked in even though my son had been waiting 5 mins, I adressed the issue with the lady behind the counter who was very taken aback that i had told her how rude she was being. Very poor service.

Well managed, we have several prescriptions, only issues have originated with doctors. Have bent over backwards when items out of stock or supply issues. You know a pharmacy cant issue meds without a prescription, why do people complain when its their doctors havent issued it.

We have our prescriptions from there, the last time I rang to order, the pharmacist answered and notice my husband hadn’t been taking blood thinners for long so asked how he was getting on I said he was having problems, he advised him to seek a colonoscopy which we did… my husband was diagnosed with bowel cancer. I find the staff very helpful and thank you to the pharmacist for his advice 👍

I use to use this pharmacy alot but I have a couple repeat items that usually require ordering in. The place seems a little disorganised and they always seem to spend ages looking for it. The staff are pleasent enough but there's always a huge queue. I've changed over to another pharmacy now. During lockdown they couldn't get one item I was desperate for despite trying three times so gave me my prescription back to try elsewhere where another pharmacy got it to me within a couple of days.
