Sells lots of stuff, preferred the Co op pharmacy.

Absolute shambles. Queued outside for over 40 minutes, a single member of staff turned up at 9.10am, when they should have opened at 9.00am, but he could not open the shop, as there was no Pharmacist. The Pharmacist eventually turned up at 9.25am. This service is our only pharmacy locally, and is not fit for service. The old COOP pharmacy was fantastic compared to this useless shower. Appreciate that the staff are doing their best, but if their best is turning up 25 minutes late for work, then they need to up their game significantly.

This place is 1star pending. Single item on prescription and you’re being asked to have a sit and wait for pharmacist doing you a favour to pick it up for you. This is followed by nearly an hour long queue outside due to unreasonable restrictions on entry to the place. Absolute appalling place

If you can possibly avoid using this chemist I would. I've used the local chemist in Cotgrave for 23 years but I've just changed to getting prescriptions posted out by Lloyds. The staff do their best and are friendly but something is seriously wrong there. Long waits and you have to return two or three further times (and queue for ages each time) to get the whole prescription.

Aug 2022 - Still Abysmal.
Update- 3 months later.
My prescription was sent to well pharmacy from the gp next door on Thursday. We rang Sat morning to check if we could collect the prescription and they said yes.
Got there, waited and was told they had run out of required medication.
No service and no regard whatsoever for patients. Use them at your peril.
Useless and sham of a pharmacy. Should have their licence revoked.

May 2022.
Terrible service and system.
1. My prescription was sent 2 days ago.
2. I phoned to check if ready - no answer
3. Stand and wait in line for 20 mins
4. Get told stock needs checking and it would be another 20 mins.

What a disgraceful performance, you should be ashamed at what you are offering to patients.
Why dont you have separate staff checking stock after closing & working on making up prescriptions only? The next day would then be prepared for.

Please sort it out, for the patients sake

There was a large badger running amok in the pharmacy! Fortunately, pest control were called in and the beast captured before it could eat too many dog worming tablets and bottles of shampoo. The staff were very professional throughout the incident.

Not very good at all. Only been in twice to pick up a prescription and on both occasions was told the pharmacy had binned it and I would need to re request from my doctors.

There is ALWAYS a queue of people stretching out of the pharmacy and into the precinct, I was 6th in the queue and it still took them 40 minutes to get round to seeing me, other members of my family have had to wait well over an hour when they've been.

They had 5 members of staff working while I was waiting 40 minutes, 1 was making herself tea, 3 were chatting and stacking shelves, only 1 was actually serving people.

I have now nominated a different pharmacy as it is quicker to drive out to another one than it is to wait in the queue here.

0 star would be more accurate. Utterly hopeless. Although staff members are always very polite, some major management changes are needed in this place. Stock is ridiculously low, prescriptions take 3 days to be actually ready (if you are lucky) and there is a general feeling of disorganisation and confusion. I'm definitely going to ask my doctor for the paper prescription and take it somewhere else from now on.
