Rowlands Pharmacy Wellingborough

Without a doubt the very worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They have a tendency to ignore the phone, but the last straw was that I thought l was registered as a delivery patient, but when I queried that I've had to wait more than 3 weeks for painkillers it was pointed out to me that I need to request a delivery for every single prescription, because that will enable them to plan a delivery date.

That isn't even logical since it suggests that they are incapable of planning delivery dates for customers who need every prescription to be delivered. In any regard, I have had deliveries twice before from them without specifically asking for them.

They needn't worry about me any further because I've nominated an alternative pharmacy which does not require me to call them for every prescription.

I had my flu jab here. Everything was well organized and well run. The NHS in brilliant.

They never answer the phone the send off prescriptions that that the should have in stocks since the pharmacist left its gone to pot queuing for ages for them not to have even printed the prescription yet! Really bad

10 minutes in the doctors, over half hour waiting for prescription next door, 7+ elderly people having to stand outside and wait their turn, took way too long waiting for 1 item on prescription, terrible.

First and only time I will go there. Standing in the rain waiting for it to open. Opened 3 minutes late. Mot such a big deal if we werent all standing there wet. Next we couldnt pick up our prescriptions coz pharmacist stuck on M25. Tried to call a bit later to check if pharmacist had arrived. Looks like nobody has a clue how to answer a phone. Asked GP for 28 100mg tabs to be made into 56 50mg and pharmacist only have us half the order. Who gets a repeat prescription on a monthly basis all of a sudden halved. Our normal pharmacist would have picked this up and called us before collection ( they actually have done this in the past). Definately will not use again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Came to collect my prescription, in and out of the shop in less than 2 minutes. The girls are always smiling and nothing is ever a problem. 10/10 would visit again.

What a joke of a pharmacy. I arrived to pick up my prescription, got into the chemist through an open door only to be told by an incredibly rude staff member that "it is 1 O'Clock, we're closed" When I mentioned that I was already in the shop and just wanted to pick up my medication, the staff member turned out the lights and said "We're closed", again very rudely. I mean, I thought we were in the 21st Century not back in the 1970's where everything did indeed close at 1pm for lunch. Utterly ridiculous and not a chemist I would recommend.

Really not very good service as far as answering the phone goes. Also some of the staff are VERY stand offish. Not good in this day and age. Only from my experience, not too helpful.
