Fiasco surely they can dispense medicines easily it seems not I would not advice any one with high blood pressure to use this place as you will need more medicine after what should be a easy straightforward procedure of giving in prescription waiting or going back 2 or three hours later sometimes 2 days later and they must have Bermuda Triangle in there as they all say who did you give it too no one owns up to who had it or where it is I thought I was in candid camera or game for laugh and any minute now they jump out and say cotcha , if ever there was a case for new film of carry on chemist this is right up there ,
Staff training manual must be written by ringling brothers circus .

Don’t take my word for it try it out it has to be seen to be believed in 2018 how chaotic and shambolic this place is ,
It never used to be like this and when the German lady with blond hair chemist is there it’s not like this .

Absolutely orribile customer service!
I booked online since September for my flu vaccination. I leave in Bicester and this was the only pharmacy available for the vaccine. So I spent all the morning to arrive there by public transport.
The pharmacist told me to wait one hour because she had a lunch break, and I waited.
After one hour she didn’t came to talk to me and she sent a colleague instead to say to wait another hour. What kind of manners are these?Very dishonest pharmacist that doesn’t take her own responsibility!
Very disappointed, please avoid to go to this pharmacy ! Make yourself a favour don’t go, never!

I would give them a no start if it was possible. They are arrogant, you have to ask several time to get an answer from them. Service is always very bad, they are late, missing medicines and prescriptions. There was a lady before me today and they had no idea where her prescription was. How this is possible. I have witnessed a few times before of them being not sensible and awkward. Once they lost a lady's prescription and not only the pharmacist did not apologised but she was being arrogant. Not recommended at all.

Been today during my lunch break to collect emergency prescriptions eg items that will actually keep me alive. Told Pharmacist is on lunch and will be back at 2pm, which she wasn't as I called back just after 2pm. Tomorrow and Wednesday I'm not going to be around the area so I now have no option than to go without medication until Thursday. I appreciate a person needs to eat absolutely but to only have 1 person to check prescriptions in a busy pharmacy is ridiculous

Staff are extremely lazy and rude, they loose people's scripts and they act like you've ruined their day by making then do their job

Bring a chair and a flask of hot drink if collecting a prescription. It will always take more than half an hour. Often out of stock of basic antibiotics. Only ever one individual who can sign off on prescriptions who will always be busy when you come in, at least you can make friends with the big crowds of equally angry and frustrated other customers

If I could give them a thousand stars I would!! I was panicking and so distressed earlier when I realised I didn't have any special prescribed baby formula for my little girl, it usually takes 2 days however luckily Sam had ordered it early so saved the day!! Thank you SO much
