Went in with a bad burn in my arm and instead of selling me products the guy gave me tips on how to clean and take care of the wound. Never been to a store where someone didnt want to sell me anything and just be helpful! Very nice staff

First class chemist. Couldn’t be better. Delivers all our many requirements meticulously to our door. We are both very aged and handicapped and couldn’t manage without them. We are very lucky that Healthchem is near us.

This is an update to my previous review.

Waiting times have improved probably in part as they know me now which is great. I have been coming here for over three years. The issues I e recently had is because of my GP forgetting to submit my prescriptions. I also leave it about a week before I collect so it’s ready when I do as at times they’ve been without some medication so this allows for them to order it in.

My two stars have gone to four stars.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for 5 years now and I can honestly say they are not only very professional and have a good stock, they are also kind and genuinely want to help their customers.
I have ADHD so I tend to be very forgetful and there have been a few times I went there and urgently needed my prescriptions at short notice and they always tried to help in any way they could.
The older gentleman with glasses especially, has so much patience with me and so does the younger lady with glasses and all their colleagues.
I am always treated with care and kindness, I never knew going to a pharmacy would be such a pleasure!

In over 35 years of dealing with this pharmacy, I have always found all the staff to be extremely polite and the chemist to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and highly experienced in giving a splendid and superb service to me, my family, my friends and my family all of whom have been very pleased with the fantastic service received from this pharmacy.
Please rest assured you shall not be disappointed whilst visiting and receiving expert services at this pharmacy as I have been a recipient of one over many decades now.

Really rude. Came to collect a prescription and member of staff kept interrupting me. He then asked me to shout over my personal details (full name, address, date of birth) in front of other customers, which I found very unprofessional. Turned out my prescription hadn't even arrived and they weren't the slightest bit bothered. Will not be returning.

They definitely need to learn how to behave them self. staff is very rude. they dont even listen to the customer they talk over. Don't even deserve one star but to write my experiences i have to give them one star so i can warn others.i was very disappointed.i was treated very bad by the manger he doesnt even have manners how to speak to a women. They were not even wearing a mask.
