The staff are nice but, dear God, they are so INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! if you’re lucky you’ll get your medication in 20 minutes. Even when there is absolutely no one around they will takeA minimum of 20 minutes to give you the medication. I just don’t understand what the problem is. Only use this pharmacy as it’s the local one, and it’s been like this for at least a decade.

Appalling unhelpful service over the phone. Left hanging after my enquiry - I thought they’d just forgotten about me. When they finally came to the phone. They lacked care or interest. They really couldn’t be bothered. No understanding of customer service. Made me feel I should apologise for calling them! New management should be installed and the staff all be removed or re-trained. I would post zero stars if I could.

It said it opened at 8.30am on week days but I could see a member of staff behind locked door moving bottles of shampoo one by one very slowly until 8.40am... Frustrating when you're in a rush!

When you arrive at 12.57 and on the door all of a sudden it says they close between 1 and 2pm and they won’t let you in to pick up your medicine while they see you standing! You should tell that on your website so people don’t travel all the way from work to get there. Such bad service.

I can only say that they are excellent and very helpful. Every time I call they are always polite and helpful. I'm so grateful. Thank you all and God bless

Great chemist. They also have great bargains on perfumes brilliant offers and a shelving unit with items for £1.00 of good quality brands. Pop in when on the many busses that pass by crown st acton. All staff are lovely and polite.

do not have your flu jab here, the guy administering them is clearly not very skilled, he poked me about 8 times an couldnt find the right spot: not surprising as he was trying almost at the top of my shoulder, he also complained my muscle was really hard (if only!)and the needle couldnt get in. i was really sore immediately after the jab and a couple of hours later i cant move my arm at all. to be avoided at all costs!

First if all they are incredibly slow and don't seem to mind.
I booked a PCR test at this pharmacy from the Lloyds pharmacy website and when I got there they told me (after 20 minutes of waiting) that they don't do PCR tests! But they allow you to book a test in their pharmacy online. Do not go there.
