Very disappointed in the service here been trying to get in touch via the phone to make sure the Prescription was ready and for the last two days no one can answer a phone.It says give two working day but as per I will turn up three days later and it still will not be ready. This is why small business are struggling to keep open in the community

Been phoning this place for 5 and half hours today from 11.30am to 17.00 pm, in total 34 times with no answer..I'm desperately in need of my medication and was unable to speak to anyone..what a joke totally unprofessional to treat your customers like this..if anyone reading this review is considering joining this chemist do yourself a favour and go elsewhere because you will have nothing but stress like iv had since joining this place. .. Not happy not happy at all..

Phone is never answered for days. It either rings off or cut short.

Today 28th September, I was given 3 boxes of medicines that are not mine, thus not having all of mine and someone else missing theirs.
I realised it when I got home.
I rang them numerous times to notify them but as always, no response. I rang customer service and head office but no response. I sent an email to the Head office but silence.
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Yet again the delivery service doesn't work tried after a few years hoping they could give the service they supposed - am very ill and disabled, with no support, but had one prescription sent to chemist on a Monday and Tuesday Dr sent another as dangerous blood levels, took till Friday to get the iron but Mondays prescription is lost on their shelf, I will then get a stern text off the chemist for non collection as they forget I am down for delivery due to my health and disability

Terrible service, my mum who is 89 has been waiting a week for her prescription to be delivered, they never answer the phone.The delivery guy is great though.

I would like to personally thank you Well pharmacy for their care. Recently I had a bad cut on my finger. I rang GP, they couldnt help me, I went to Boots, they saw it, gave me some bandage and wipes and sent me home saying to buy antispetic cream somewhere else, as they are out of stock. I came to Well Pharmacy to buy actually just this antiseptic cream, and I was astonished with their service. The lady once she saw me, she showed me empathy, quickly fetched warm water, helped me to properly put a bandage on it, put a cream for me. I was amazed, God bless you for your help that day. Forever grateful.
