Bunch of Wasters!! Unlike some other Pharmacists they refuse to deliver into house with a key safe access just in case pets or small children access the medication once delivered. This is despite being told Lady is 85 years old, could have fallen and broken her hip again, does not have any pets and lives alone. Last month, she tried to get to door quickly without using her Zimmer frame, but delivery driver didn't give her enough time to get to the door and left her a note to pick them up from Pharmacy. Tried to put in place mechanism whereby they would phone Carers to ask when they would be at her house. Instead they left message stating it would be between 12 noon and 5pm. And they got the dates for repeat prescriptions wrong! There are much better, 'Patient Centred' Pharmacies out there in Preston.

Prescription never ready even when I've given them four days to pick up and pack it. 😠

Couldn't give zero stars this chemist has become an absolute joke never have prescriptions ready and then lie saying I haven't ordered them when I order a good 3 to 4 days before its due because of how useless they are

I haven't been happy with the service and my friend who picks the prescription up as heard the pharmacy say they will have to Waite.
But I choose to also give the new young pharmacy some credit as he as taken on the business and covid started which effected all of us.
He does a lot of blister packs for the elderly and people with disabilities which takes a lot of time up also dilerveries coming in customers from the doctors ect phone calls paper work and delagating staff plus more which is very hard going.
Plus u need to find your feet in a new business.
I have chatted to the new young pharmacy and he is unable to deliver my requirements but I still choose to understand and he explained the reasons which was understandable.
It only takes a member of staff to be off due to all the restrictions of going to work if you are suffering with ailments and u have to consider your work colleges this is when pressure mounts and work gets behind remember they are dispencing drugs which has to be completely revised by another member of the team.
I wish him well and in time things will become more manageable. Difficult time out there for workers we must have some compassion.

Incorrectly priced medicine in store. Will definitely be avoiding this place.

Incompetent and arrogant pharmacists. It appears they forget how to speak civilly to the public.

The only saving grace are the helpful pharmacy assistants.
