Had to get a fit to fly antigen test the day before our holiday and thankfully Earls Barton Pharmacy was able to fit us in the same day when we were let down at the last minute by Lloyds Pharmacy! Really stressful situation we could have done without but they saved the day and potentially my holiday! Thank you so much!

Very friendly staff, although I always without fail have an issue with my prescriptions, I can only put them in a day before I run out, and I always am told they aren’t ready. This time I put one in on the website Monday morning at 8am, I have just called them (it’s now Friday afternoon) and they don’t have the item. I can’t do anymore than I’m doing.

I’m a visitor and needed some medicine urgently. They were able to help me out with an emergency supply and were very friendly about it. Thank you.

We were about to go on holiday when the testing rules changed over the weekend. I contacted the pharmacy on the Saturday night,and even though closed,got a response within 30 minutes and new test kits sorted for us.fantastic client service. On our return they advised me that if we could get our tests back before 5pm ,we could get our results next day . In fact we put them in at 4.15 and had results back by 10.30 that night. 1st class service and amazing responsiveness

Happy to know that there are still kind people and obviously I am talking about the staff members . I needed urgent fit to fly antigen test was Sunday late afternoon and I needed for the next day. The I found this pharmacy and the miracle happened, I tried several options to contact them and the quickest response was on WhatsApp. Even on Sunday almost evening when they were closed I had a response even better, support and advice ! I had my test on the next day. Will highly recommend it to anyone who need support. Thank you very much guys .

The booking process for the NHS appointments was easy to do, then the blocked out time slots for staff accessing the private vaccinations allowing us to nip out was very much appreciated.
