It would be helpful if they answered the phone - tried morning, afternoon and evening. It was either engaged or rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and then cut off. Either they offer a telephone service or not. VERY frustrating!

Never answer the phone

They answered the phone for me - and after three rings. Not being a veteran connoisseur of dispensaries, nevertheless I've found the service offered at this branch of Rowlands perfectly good.

In particular:

🔫 This fine pharmacy stocks a full range of POMs¹ and Ps² (as you would expect) but also many "over-the-counter" products at a competitive price. Several items including some Ps are reduced for quick sale; these are actually cheap
🔫Extended opening times is a useful facility
🔫The public part of this apothecary is clean, bright, warm, well-ventilated, equipped with four chairs ... as you might imagine
🔫There is an abundance of staff, who are polite, efficient and entirely competent
🔫The "da tudou" himself is highly-qualified, and tells me he is working towards his clinical pharmacist qualification (which is unusual - and a good thing!)

🔫Errm: it's a convenient chemist's for clients of St James' Medical Centre, as well as other customers in the environs.

Very efficient service Pleasnt staff. I have large number of prescription items and they always manage to get them for me.

Usual unhelpful staff when thy did eventually answer the phone. Zero customer service skills, rude and unhelpful.

I can't praise the staff at ROWLANDS PHARMACY ENOUGH. THE WAY THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP US. WILL THE PHARMACY IS AN LOVELY PERSON NOTHING IS TO MUCH TROUBLE YOU CAN RING HIM ANYTIME .ALSO ALL THE STAFF ARE JUST AS HELPFUL.
