Excellent service from the whole team! I had my PCR - fit to fly test here and received friendly, professional, super speedy service. The results were with me in a matter of hours too. Team were in high spirits and so helpful and lovely, good vibes all round. Thank you!

Initially was ok but after a while had issues numerous times with repeat medications not being ready and not there even to collect. I kept be told to chase up with GP or call 111. Is it not pharmacy job to help customers with prescription issues?

Always a joy to see the staff at the Rose! Helpful, caring and attentive. Only the highest praise for Julie and the team whose efficiency and dedication I know, is appreciated by many Islingtonites!!! And I am sure...Beyond.

Been using for years for repeat prescriptions. Really great. Even sorted out advanced prescriptions when I was going abroad for a month, and have chased medical centre for me when my regular prescription went missing. Cannot praise enough.

I had never been there before. And they were very busy. But they really went out of their way to help me. These are good people and they deserve our support.

These people are not competent! Firstly, they refuse to order regular prescriptions directly from my GP even though the GP has told me that these should be ordered by the pharmacy not the patient. Secondly, they are falsely claiming to have given me 2 months supply of a regular medication last month. I have never in my life been given 2 months supply of this medication, so their claim is wholly implausible. I am now in a situation of needing to urgently resolve it with a busy GP. Honestly I would avoid these guys unless you need a one off prescription in an emergency.
