Boots Pharmacy

They need to get a new pharmacy in this place. Often the pharmacy isn’t open for the hours stated with no prior notice. When I went there I was told to come another day for a simple prescription even though the prescription was on their system. This happened to the person in front of the queue for me too. This boots pharmacy is unable to meet the demands of the number of prescriptions they need to sort through given it’s located within the university. Absolutely poor service. Would give 0 stars if I could

Awful service. I ordered my prescription over a week ago, go in to collect and am told that they ‘don’t have any’ of my medication left even though they must do because I ordered it days ago? and I need it to survive. Lady just looked at me as if to say ‘What am i supposed to do?’; your job would be nice. So bad.

Useless ordered my prescription which I need to function 7 days ago I've already gone through withdrawal thier so slow I'm on hold with them right now they never pick up thier phones. If you need your prescription to live go literally anywhere else.

Absolutely hopeless. Long long waits, always some problem or closed for some reason. Used to be OK years ago but I ve finally given up and now go to the Boots pharmacy in the Eaton Waitrose.

Prescribed me meds for acne, i went to pick them up when they told me to, they didn’t have them, told me to come back the next day, didn’t have them, came back most days for like a week until they told me they won’t get them for a while and that they will contact me when they do - they never contacted me this was last year 😔

Really really awful. They never answer the phone, They take absolutely ages to fill a prescription (I gave them 3 weeks and it still wasn't ready) You are in trouble if you need your prescription urgently. They also didn't have enough of the tablets so they wrote me an IOU. When I did manage to get someone to answer the phone he told me "please call back - we are on a break" - are you joking ??? just dreadful.

Must it take you approximately 5 mins to serve one person?! I stood in the freezing cold for 30 mins and there were roughly 7 people ahead of me. Highly inefficient!

Absolutely useless- till never works, online prescriptions never come through, waits are very long and they’re just always closed for no reason. Truly the worst, most run down pharmacy I’ve been to. People desperately need prescriptions on campus and don’t have cars to go elsewhere quickly so this service is disgusting. Staff don’t care and are very in compassionate when people are upset about not being able to access prescriptions. I’ve had to forgo my medication many times.
