Well King's Lynn - Gayton Road HC

I have only used this pharmacy twice. On both occasions I had to wait while the staff stopped chatting to one another and then took my prescription with no word being exchanged.except 'Take a seat it will be 20 minutes'.Then I waited 20 minutes for a prepacked box of pills. and on each occasion other people came in and were served at once. When my pills were ready they were handed over with no smile, just 'Name?' It would be better to close this down and use the space to provide more room for Doctors in this busy practice.

Good pharmacy, Staff are polite. Having worked in a pharmacy I can empathize with the staff when it is busy! and it can sometimes seem that the staff are ignoring you, this is not the case. They are preparing scripts/medications for other customers that are patiently waiting or have nipped out of the pharmacy for a moment. The staff wouldn't and haven't purposely ignored customers when I have been in there.

This pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever been to! Staff chat to other colleagues about their weekend out and ignore the growing queue of patients waiting for prescriptions! I don't know any pharmacy which takes more than half an hour to 'check' your prescription let alone serve somebody who came in after you to end up totally forgetting why you were waiting there! Rubbish!

Great with customers if u need help just ask

The waiting time is just ridiculous!!!
3 people serving, 1 person in front of me and it takes them well over 20 min to serve. Last time I was waiting for 45 min. It's a joke!

Don't like the person at the door. Treating. Me if was a prisoner at the door, told come back at 2,15om not nice way no one told me, I live in town can't come back I said keep it go without not go there anymore treated like dirt,

Very unhappy with the rudeness of the phamisist here today. 1st trip I made today I couldnt get my prescription as he was having his lunch! I returned an hour later with 2 children in tow when he had at last finished his lunch. Then to be told I couldnt get the correct medicine because they didnt have it. It has taken 3 hours of my day to actually get what my son needed from a different pharmacy
At one point he even rolled his eyes at me. Moved pharmacy now never again!

Can never find my medication, don't think it's personal!! Very slow to acknowledge you.
