Farah is the kindest, most knowledgeable dentist I ever came across. I have seen 5 different doctors the last two years, but non of them could put me at ease. Due to my fear/phobia I was extremely nervous but she managed to calm me down by explaining everything into details.All the questions I had,she answered with respect and patience.She also didn't mind stopping during the treatment when I felt uncomfortable. Second treatment was done today and I have to say, I'm very pleased with the results!Can't thank her and her lovely assistant enough for the caring service. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Amazing staff, who are always on hand to offer good advice on everything health related. Nothing is ever to much for them even having to chase prescriptions from your doctors !
The shop itself is always well stocked and clean and they are happy to order anything they don't have in store. All products are excellent in prices to. Would highly recommend this chemist and I myself have actually turned to them for help after not being able to get a doctors appointment for either myself or my children. And it was sound advice too!

Best dentist ever! Farah is the most knowledgeable, kind and confident dentist who you feel complete trust in (I’m very cyclical in general just so you know). She is a rare breed of competence with a very caring and gentle approach and a good sense of humour to relax you. She can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable, explains everything and you feel you are being consulted and given options and choices as to how to proceed with your dental care depending on your feelings and finances. I never write reviews so please take this as a very meaningful and honest one! My whole family now go and we all feel the same! Don’t waste your time with other dentists in the area as it’s truly a great experience from the first moment of contact - the lady on reception is delightful as are the lovely dental nurses too - to leaving with your treatment completed. It’s almost enjoyable!

I used Kirby Chemist yesterday for holiday vaccinations, as my own doctors surgery could not accommodate an appointment in time for my trip. It worked perfectly, prompt, informative and
a very professional approach. I shall now advise my daughter to use them for our trip.

Was referred here by my GP practice for rabies jabs x 3. Jabs were administered each time in a consultation room by Ahmad, the pharmacist, who was ultra professional and even offered advice re my travel plans. A very personable service. Had all my jabs on Saturdays and Sundays, which was great as I work full-time. Thoroughly recommend this travel clinic.

Normally I am a nervous patient and reluctant to go see a dentist.
However Dr Farah Rajabali, the dentist, was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she put me at ease but took time to explain ever stage of the treatment I was having.
Probably the best dentist I gave come across so far. Very gentle and friendly.
Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service today for a flu jab - kind professional and polite highly recommended (totally different from my first jab last year at Park Road Surgery)
