Rowlands Pharmacy Flint

Very poor services received in the shop. My prescriptions have not been on time and they also do not have the correct records on file. information appears to have been lost due to a new computer system installed. Staff have not been trained how to deal with customers who have issues with the poor service.

Absolutely useless staff! The prescription for my son is never ready when they tell me it will be. It’s heart medication so is potentially life threatening if doses are missed. Constantly being told there is no record of me putting a prescription in and when I go direct to the GP, Rowlands then tell me they’ve lost it. This has happened 5 months in a row.

Great staff shame to see the pharmacist go but that's life lol have a good one

The staff are always friendly and helpful to me but the pharmacy itself is very busy and you have to be prepared to queue up. Sometimes your waiting long than expected because of the parcel drop off and pick up service they're doing now. I think this lets the pharmacy down as its already very busy with people waiting for their medicines/prescriptions and it's not really nice to have to wait around while someone is only there to sort out a parcel or asking questions about it. Not really a good place to do this when there are sick people waiting for medication only to be delayed by someone with a parcel who could be at the post office my humble opinion.

Never seemed to have all my prescription. I have an 8mile round trip to pick up meds. When I for the umpteenth time found yet again my prescription was incomplete I asked if balance could be delivered, NO was the reply. Now use Lloyds who DO deliver.

Place is going down hill very fast. Don’t have what you need and leave things out of your prescription.

Overall Review

Some of the staff are spot on. Helpful and polite but the blonde female staff (possibly manager) is very rude. A stinking attitude and caught her lying about prescriptions a number of times.

Some staff moan in front of customers about how they can’t be bothered working there but they have to.
I have even heard staff slate and mock customers about medical conditions after they have left. (Some horrible comments which I don’t wish to write on here)
Ive heard all this first hand as a customer.
To add. They never have the full prescription needed and have to come back a number of times.
