Boots Pharmacy

I've never had any problems with this pharmacy. I fetch medicines once a month and they usually have what I need. Took my flu shot there too, which went well and the staff had been good to me. Only downside is that I usually have to queue and wait for about 30 min each time.

Have been onthe phone trying to request my repeat prescription delivery .since 11am with no response someone picks up the phone after you try to ring again and it's conveniently engaged if you use ring back nobody answers your only allowed to ring this number between 11am- 12pm very shoddy service

This is the nearest pharmacy to me so I have had the misfortune of using them often. Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Have lost my prescription a few times, and often take a week or longer to fill the repeat prescriptions they don't lose. Most of the staff are very abrupt and occasionally rude, however there is one individual working there who is always very nice.

Brilliant service everytime I go I here nothing but good things to day about his chemist compared to what it was a couple years ago a complete turn around

Never open. Called there at 11am on a Thursday and closed. They don't even have the prescription ready when they have had it over a day.

A wonderful service. The Pharmacy staff are always polite, helpful face to face and over the telephone. I have been with the practice all of my life. The pharmacy doesn't only cover local residents, but they have a wide area to cover, therefore this is why they are so busy.
Well done to all of you, not only during the past year, but for many years for myself, my family during four generations.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! Was given the wrong prescription again!!! Had to wait over an hour in the pouring rain and freezing cold!! for another Precription. They haven’t got a clue what they are doing on the till, had to shout my name at least 15 times!!! Out of the two years of going to this chemist I’ve only had a handful of times when everything has been straight forward. For such a small chemist you would think they would have their s..t together bit no one seems to know what they are doing!! Today will be the last time I use them

Very rude the owner of this place ! She shouts at the pensioners I walked in on here one day and seen for myself , I would not have been happy if it was my mother, but still I was not happy as was someone elses mum, I was disappointed to see this !
Plus I handed in my wife's prescription to witch is very important medicine tor her on a Monday, and the women the owner told me come back the week after on a Monday, 7days to wait for important medicine Plus all the old people have to queue a around the corner and wait for, hour
I'm not joking around an hour before they get served you can see they struggle to stand , it's not fair
