How very Very disappointing! After being a loyal customer of LLoyds for many years their customer care is appalling. Between loosing prescription's to not delivering prescriptions on the delivery days, to the behaviour of staff in the shop and a stand in pharmacist who was more concerned to talking to his partner on the phone about what he wanted for his dinner. This happened on full view of the shop when there were people waiting for him to dispense their medication. How could this happen to a well known national chemist is beyond belief.

Was helped today by an impressive young woman, Sophia, & a charming pharmacist, Sorin. 10/10 to staff & management for a helpful, informative & very pleasant visit. I'm going to make this my go-to pharmacy going forward.

After using a pharmacy that could barely run a tap never mind a business, this pharmacy is nothing short of an impeccable service with staff to match. Always friendly, always no fuss & the prescription delivery service is always spot on. If you need a pharmacy that will never let you down, no matter the reason why you need to go there then you won't be disappointed !!!

There have been problems with staffing etc in the pharmacy but I have to commend Sophia for her willingness to go above & beyond to ensure I have my meds after issues at my GPs. Thanks Sophia!

Stood waiting for about 30 minutes and got to the front of the que only for the staff to serve someone else who came in after, and on top of that they like to park there cars in your parking spots in a residential street when there is Parking across the road at the leisure center, will not use them again

Bear with me on this! Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in the UK! Closed half the time due to there being no pharmacist available, and when they are open you’re waiting for what seems a lifetime for your prescription. I went to collect 3 prescriptions for 3 different people.. they’d physically lost 2 and the third they only had a few days of the 28 day medication. After waiting for the “few days of meds” they found one of the other prescriptions. Half of that was missing too. If they spent less time chatting and cracked on with the job then people wouldn’t be waiting for more than an hour! 4 staff just causally laughing and joking while people are waiting, the worst part is that they are slagging off people waiting! I’m all for a joke at work but not at the expense of customers. Anyway took what prescriptions they did have and was told to call back a few days later to collect the remaining prescription.. few days later, they told me I was lying and that they given me all the meds! More incompetence! Rang the doc while I’m stood in the chemist, explained they’d lost prescriptions and refused the meds
Doc re does a prescription, few days later I go and collect it.. shocker they are closed there’s no pharmacist available. I hammer the door, someone answers, “just give me the prescription so I can take it elsewhere please” comes back, prescription in hand, “we can’t find anything new, but it seems like we owe you on this one” WOW!
Honestly it’s a drama and a lengthy wait every time you go through the doors! I’ll never use them again
