Gravells Pharmacy

I would like to thank Gravells pharmacy with their kind and friendly staff to supply my 2 year old granddaughter who has not been well in the last few months, to supply her with inhalers through the mental strain through this pandemic. She is a lot better and They have given us so much information to make us at ease at this difficult time. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication through this pandemic. EVEN THE GP'S NEXT DOOR ADVISE AGAINST USING THEM! The staff and management, mostly mangement, are incredibly ignorant about their own feild. They have messed up my daugther's prescription 3 times in a row, blames the GP and what have you. All other pharmacies have no problems. IF YOU NEED LIFE SUPPORTING MEDICIN, THEN DONT GO HERE! Worst pharmacy in the entire UK.

Best chemist in town ! I dont go to my nearest chemist, I go that bit further out of my way just to go here for my prescription or any medical/health advice, the staff & management are very welcoming and professional in everything they do, alway very polite and well mannered, this place also stocks a good range of CBD PRODUCTS, and a huge range of vitamins & minerals etc. ....take my advice, if your current chemist isnt up to standard's, use this place !highly recommended

What can I say ...... Amazing,just amazing. Staff are super friendly,very helpful and helped my 3yr old boy so much. Highly recommend,best in Llanelli.

Get more wrong than right lovely staff though, the blame is to be placed with the surgery next door.

Cannot believe the stinking attitude this pharmacy has.

I am a patient of a private clinic in London that provides medical cannabis prescriptions. Medical cannabis has been legal since 2018 here in the UK.

My clinic said this pharmacy could help me, but upon calling the pharmacy I was met with a stinking attitude and rudeness from the owner, telling me they don’t touch medical cannabis and not to call again.

Not sure how my clinic think this pharmacy could help. I appreciate wires might get crossed but to speak to me like I am some druggie is well out of order.

Regardless what the owners opinion is of my medication the fact remains it’s as legal as any other prescription medication. Personal opinons should be left at the door. Very unprofessional.

Just as well I’ve seen the attitude of the owner now as I wouldn’t even use this pharmacy with that kind of customer service.

Best pharmacy in Llanelli. Always kind, helpful and willing to go extra mile. They also have a delivery service which is v handy. Can't fault them.
