Helpful and knowledgable. Efficient as modern constraints allow them to be. Sad to see they have been given a poor review, but amused at the irony of someone talking about the tough times we live in and "pulling together" then complaining about being asked to stand behind the red line...

I was waiting for a prescription for my daughter, and rather than have me wait with children in the car they took my number and called me to let me know when it was in.

Staff are unfriendly & unhelpful. I was running an errand for my 83 year old mother, who is clearly isolated currently. I was barked at to stand behind a red line & following that was told that my mum's prescription had been sent out on delivery. It hadn't. Following that mistake -no apology just a rant about how they couldn't get hold of these drugs. I asked for advice as to what she could do. Tje response was curt & unhelpful. At a time when we should all be pulling together a friendly smile & pleasant manner goes a long way. If you don't have to go here don't. I've never been spoken to like that in Boots the chemist!

Went to buy simple crystal NP but refused because no pharmist present for two hours can't buy anything pathetic rule for customers at Tesco buy medicine no problems

Used twice in both cases they had my prescription requirements in stock service quick and polite

After using a different pharmacy for years in welshpool,not Boots,we decided to change to Rowland's,best thing we ever done,you get treated with respect,politeness,and the speed,guess what as well,you fonty have to wait outside to be served,10/10 for everything thank you to professional people,

If it hadn't been for the pharmacist here, I would never have known I had Covid. He noticed my blocked nose, which I'd put down to a cold, while we were discussing my mother's prescription. He explained that not everyone presents with a cough, which was news to me, and sent me home with tests. The entire household had it. Not one of us had coughs at that point.

Excellent service & great staff as always

After a first ever visit to a pharmacy with suspected Hay Fever I came away armed to combat it. Pharmacist wearing a beautiful flowered shirt went above and beyond anticipated expectations. Cannot thank him enough. X
