The normal staff are very helpful and seem to know what they are doing. However there are some of the actuall pharmacists who seem to be awkward and downright surely and unhelpful. I use the pharmacy quite a bit these days and have used others in the past where I never had any problems. This was a first experience I will never repeat as I will never use this Asda pharmacy again

In most jobs, you get told off for being dismissive to customers. Don't try asking for advice and don't expect them to hold stock of anything. They don't even keep a decent stock of over the counter items.

I went yesterday to see the pharmacy for my 5 and half month old baby was told they was way to busy to see him shocking really as we couldn’t get in to the doctors one of the lady’s was more then rude shouting well we are busy always got a face on her don’t work somewhere if ur not happy Asda pharmacy seriously need to sort ur staff out!!

Tried 20 times to ring the pharmacy regarding flu jab. Not answering the phone. It just rings 20 times then cuts off. Appreciate you may be busy at times ..but all morning?!

Rude & abhorrent staff. I needed some quidance/help, wanted to get rid of my as quickly as possible. Unbelievably rude. Maybe because I was English.
