Came on holiday and forgot my medication rang Pharmacy and were extremely helpful. Went in to complete a form and had my tablets within half an hour. Polite and helpful staff on the phone and in person. Very grateful to them.

Rude beyond belief!
Surely a chemist should have a degree of customer care.
Totally disinterested in patients.
Mostyn House staff have said the same.
Please, for the health of yourself and loved ones, avoid this farce of a chemist.

Every time I go in for a repeat prescription, same answer "can't find it" eventually someone does! Last week "cant find it we will speak to your doctors and get it sorted for Monday." Guess what! Can't find it!! Come back in 20 minutes and queue again!!!!! Dreadful service.

Not impressed. Arrived to find one customer waiting for prescription who kindly moved away from counter when I arrived.I went to counter - Pharmacist saw me - gave no acknowledgement and did not alert anyone else to my presence, after five minutes waiting assuming Pharmacist was alone I moved forward to edge of pharmacy preparation area to ask if what I wanted was in stock ( I had already been to another major chain to no avail ) - I was immediately told I should not have done so by a second person, “you cannot come in here” suggesting I had gone into pharmacy prep area that I hadn’t and that she was busy “doing stock” and I should have shouted. Why should I have to shout when I had already been seen by another member of staff working next to one another ? Not a pleasant atmosphere and clearly very poor communication between staff members.

Original flu jab appointment was cancelled with no credible reason given - "due to reasons outside of our control". Was asked to manually rebook - which I did. Online questionnaire pre-jab never worked. Arrived at my appointment time to find the shop closed on account of there being 'no pharmacist'. No call/email in advance...Three shop employees, nonetheless, were inside re-stocking. Yet not one came to the door (even though I was clearly visible). Seems this place suffers from a hopeless booking system and suspect customer service. Other options available, avoid.

Had flu jab appointments for myself and hubby today - all confirmed, reminder email received yesterday. Used precious fuel to drive there specially, walked in and was told no vaccine available "probably due to petrol shortage". No cancellation notice received before or after appointments!! Was asked to ring and rebook on Oct 10.. which is a Sunday.... Have now booked with Boots, won't use Lloyds again.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt I had to because this is the worst customer service ever. Staff are rude and arrogant. Often talking about personal things behind desk ignoring waiting customers. Prescriptions never ready on time and always an excuse of new system, printers broke, doctors fault. Never an apology and this latest time I was questioned like it was my fault. Go with boots over the road. I’m definitely changing to them as I’ve had enough now

I was booked in today for a Flu Jab at 11.30 ,driven 30 mins to get to appointment, Pharmacist said couldnt give jab because the system hadn't accredited him to give jab. Very disappointed in this Pharmacy, he said I should have had an email to cancel my appointment, well I didnt get one .Rebooked with reliable Boots Llanrwst.
