I was at LloydsPharmacy picking up medication I urgently need.
Apparently it was close to closing time and the staff made this perfectly clear to me with little snidy comments. I felt most unwelcome and actually surprised by the rudeness.
Now I've come home to come to the conclusion that 1 of my meds is missing 😕

I'll have to contact them in the morning and run around. I know we all make mistakes but I'm just hoping I'll be receiving a bit more politeness and understanding in the morning.

Put in a prescription on the Thursday and told would be ready the following day. We left while the Saturday and when we asked for it, we were told it wasn't ready. And told to come back in 10 mins. Not the first time this has happened either!

Terrible sarcastic attitude from the pharmacist today (18 sept) what happened to friendly service!! Always messing up and then blaming the customer! Shame on you!

Really really bad service. They dont want to help customer.

After having mine & my daughters flu vaccine cancelled without notification at another pharmacy we came here to enquire about getting one. Luckily they managed to fit us in that morning due to having a cancellation. The staff were friendly & very helpful. The lady that administered the vaccine was so lovely. What started off as a stressful day turned into a much better day so thank you.

Turned up for flu jab which had been cancelled without letting me know despite Lloyds having my mobile number and email address. Only one person trained to give flu jab! Blamed head office saying they sent out cancellation notifications but never received a text, phone call nor email. Luckily, Boots Holton Road were far more helpful and gave me flu jab within 10 minutes. Will not be using Lloyds Pharmacy again.

Very rude, waited by the counter to be served but the staff were just talking between themselves. They knew I was waiting but they didn’t even look over they blanked me. Waiting a few mins and walked out. Never going back

Beyond annoyed with this place doctors sent my prescription here and I’ve waited 48 hours to go there today to be told you’ll need to wait at least a week to get your prescription what utter nonsense came out of the guys mouth rude and not helpful at all going to now have to ring gp surgery and try and get a new prescription printed to take elsewhere nothing but problems with this place why I never use them for prescriptions
