Richeld Pharmacy (Avicenna Partner)

Very disappointing! I am unable to collect my prescription because my family has to isolate due to a member having Covid like symptoms and yet they refused to deliver suggesting that I ask my neighbour to collect it. My wife’s prescription is at Chappell and they couldn’t be more obliging. If you have a choice use Chappell.

The issue I have is this is where my repeat prescription is, but no ever answers the phone for me to request my prescription. I have been ringing everyday this week, it rings for a while then beeps and goes dead, then it is engaged for ages afterwards. They are happy bro take the money from the surgery and the government for prescriptions but not give the service that is needed.

Lovely friendly staff. Normally a brilliant service but getting through on the phone to order my ongoing meds over the past two weeks has been impossible:-(
I know they're busy but maybe they could work a system whereby a member of staff was in charge of dealing with phone calls. Pretty please???

Appalling service; have complained about blister pack tablets being cut into pieces but still get them in the same state. I am listed for delivery but that is hit and miss, apparently the driver is ill but they have not informed anyone. Don’t bother phoning them as they don’t answer the phone, have seen staff chatting and ignoring the phone. Caldicot derives better pharmacy services. And yes, Chapple’s chemist is bad too.

Every month this pharmacy fail to provide a life dependent prescription to an elderly person with a crippling disease. A formal complaint will be made. Appalling.

Had my Flu vaccine at pharmacy today. Quick and easy to book, and as always very polite and helpful staff.

They said is short of staff one of the only one in the area it’s closed… not good at all!!!

Have always been helpful and friendly ,sure they are busy but in these difficult times I think they are doing well
