Nothing bad to say, sheppards pharmacies all have very polite and helpfull staff with range of services

Lucky a 1 star how can you give some one else's stuff to some one else they now have all my details thanks for giving them all my details should be zero but can't complaint is in as I been waiting for them before Xmas

So this place has to be the slowest fish shop around Aberdare. Never any chips ready when you go in, you can be literally the first person in the store upon opening and no chips, you can go in mid way through its shift and no chips, you can walk in and see a queue and everyone will be waiting for chips. Place is a joke, but the food is very nice for fish shop food just a shame about the long wait every single time you go in.

Joke of a pharmacy ! You go there prescriptions never ready you got to wait ages to be served as the blonde women serving cant be bothered to serve you as to busy talking to other members of staff !

Unhelpful staff. Customer service awful . Definitely need a lesson on how to treat sick people.

Go above and beyond in patient care health center messed up my prescription and they helped out alot
