I feel that 3 stars is being kind!
1 star for proximity to surgery, 1 star for cleanliness, 1 star for Rachael.
I have had to go without medication on many occasions as some staff will not order my medicine until they have the prescription in their hand (despite the fact that I have been going there EVERY week since it opened)! They know my prescription, they know I am coming, so why can't they be a little more helpful and order it in ready?
If it was an official rule I would understand, but this is simply bad customer service.

Friendly staff but I've never in all my life known a chemist take so long getting your prescription ready and it's not due to being busy because of covid-19, they've always been like it. I would rather take my prescription else where.

I would have given zero if it has been an option. Rang to see if my prescription was ready, as it had been with them for two days previously. I was told... I am not the only person as they have 100s of prescriptions. This attitude wasn't called for as it was a simple question especially from someone who's name is Rachel. A little lesson in time management needs to be implemented and better customer service skills.

Custom service is absolutly shocking the attitude of the staff at times is unbelievable they need to learn some decent manners and as for the length of time customers have to wait for prescriptions is awful last month I ran out of oxygen waiting to be served, today my daughter went to pick my medication up she got there at 25 to 1 and at 5 to 1 they told her to come back after lunch I don't understand why as they had my prescription on Monday it's now Thursday il be going elsewhere in future.

My husband has been spoken to the last 3 times like dirt by a lady working there with brown hair. She is rude, extremely sharp attitude and definitely needs to work on how she treats patients. He has had such bad experiences collecting his asthmatic medication he is seriously considering changing surgery's. If this happens one more time I will be reporting this issue myself and taking it further. No one should be treated like this and as for excuses of previous reviews of understaffing my husband is a key worker doing 12 hr days and he does not speak to his staff or clients like this.

Always take forever even though there's always about 5 members of staff behind the counter. No idea what takes so long - do your bloody job!! Nothing to do with covid always been the same. Just laziness, moseying around keeping everyone waiting. Only time I got my prescription within 10 mins was when my child was a baby and was screaming the place down - shock. When there's no one in there still takes well over 10 minutes. Usual wait time 20 mins. There's no excuse for it

1.30 on a monday and closed even though i googled to make sure they were open. Dont be sick and visit this one ull neva get beta !
