Most unhelpful people ever especially the old lady that looks at you with her glasses hanging on her nose and with the most attitude ever so much so my 8 year daughter made a comment of dad why did that woman give you the evils for?

Used to be one of the best pharmacies around. Over past 3/4 months it's just gone downhill. Systems put in place by them are completely illogical for monthly prescription users & the customer service is now absolutely shocking. Utterly rude!

My husband and I were getting increasingly frustrated at how inefficient our previous pharmacy was we changed to St. Brides. I am so pleased with this pharmacy. The staff are always polite and helpful. I feel that they are trying very hard here to keep patients happy whilst also being professional and safe.......not always easy to do!!!!

Fantastic chemist l, fairly fast with prescriptions and friendly staff and always give good advice when needed.

Didn't have what I wanted. Shame but it happens

This pharmacy seemed great, at first but this was when I was picking up only one medication, now I'm currently on multiple medications and it is absolutely disgusting that I have to continually wait for some of them. I put my order in seven days before I ran out, as instructed on the prescription and received majority of the medication, yet two weeks later and multiple calls for my protein milkshakes and I'm am still waiting. It is nearing a week without my milkshakes, which I was put on by a dietician and have been told multiple reason why they haven't received them. The first being they never ordered it due to lack of space, while ordering everything else that I ticked off on my prescription, then they informed me that they would be there the following day. They were not, this time I was told that there was an order issue and I was late putting it in, yet they were fine ordering and receiving my order meds, one of which is a seizure med. Ever since then, I've been told they are waiting for the order, and they would be in today. Again, they are not, the first lady I talked to said they had to check the delivery and to call in half an hour. I called again and a different lady answered and tried to lie saying they are still waiting for a delivery but they were closing soon. When I told her I knew about the delivery that came, she said there's been issues with deliveries, back tracking. I would fully understand, but the constant wait around for simply 1 necessary item is beginning to effect my day to day life. I'm not on these milkshakes out of choice, but because I need them to live. I drink four a day to battle the severe malnutrition that I was hospitalised for, something I am trying to overcome. A week without them has been hell, I'm dealing with sugar crashes, dizzy spells, nausea, dehydration, sickness from my meds, fatigue. This is with trying to supplement the lose of my milkshakes, and it is a continuous battle every fortnight with this issue. Once my prescription has run its course, I'll be finding a new pharmacy to take over because despite having multiple staff for such a small pharmacy, no one is capable here. I've seen bigger pharmacies ran by less staff and handle their shop without half the issue i encounter with St brides.
