The telephone manner of a person name dawn is disgusting, totally unhelpful an unsympathetic .....its not up to the customer to do your job

The people here are always very helpful, and have been happy to help with any queries I've had in the past. They stock the standard range of things you would find in a pharmacy, and are always very kind.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always make a big fuss of our mini dachshund when we call in which is nice.

Just the loveliest staff. Always helpful, even when things are really stressful and in the middle of a global pandemic. Really value having a great pharmacy so local.

The pharmacist was very helpful talking me through different treatment options for my issue and I felt confident in the advice he gave me about which was best for me

Never answered the phone

The pharmacists are unpleasant and even rude at times and for no reason and not only with me. I am going to ask the surgery to kindly send my prescriptions somewhere else from now on. Besides, it is mission impossible to park close to the pharmacy, making it difficult to access.

Unhelpful, unfriendly,that's why I have now changed pharmacy, maybe now I will get my prescriptions on time and with a smile.
