Fabulous service at Rowlands. I also switched from another local pharmacy who were a constant nightmare .

Friendly but forgetful. I was asked to wait outside while they prepared a prescription, and was told it would take 15 mins, but after 20 minutes of me waiting they forgot who I was and didn't even know why I was waiting outside there in the cold. Had to go back in and remind them, so frustrating.
