The current state of affairs is not great. The majority of customers that I meet in the queue complaint about the delays and chaotic response from the staff.
Look at the mess on the shop floor, in the recent pictures that I took during last week. Ness and neglect everywhere.
That's purely a management failure and not staff's lack of care. Management should take more care of the shop, it's customer base and their staff who always look overwhelmed by work conditions.
Shame, as the chemist is part of our village life and a life line for many who are moving away as a result of all or some of the above reasons.

The phone is never, never gets picked up. Hence endangering or at best annoying customers who need info, advise or critical help.
The latest 120 Ynysybwl residents have transferred to Glyn Coch pharmacy.
Yesterday (22/9) shutters down till 11:34. They are a joke.

absolutely useless!! meds are ALWAYS overdue(Even getting medication I've told them to stop. ended up the gp had to tell them to stop. talk about money wasting). Never answer the phones or they simply hang up! this is why i've changed to another pharmacy!.....unless you've no choice, AVOID!!

Booked online for an appointment for the chemist. Attended my appointment and was told they had no idea about my appointment. Very unprofessional and did not seem to mind that I had wasted my time and had a day off work to attend.

Could you advertise correct openinghours. Drove from other side of Pontypridd to get to you only to be told you cloae at 5 and not 6 as advertised. I Understand pandemic timings mean altered working hours but if you could let people know what they are it would be great. Thanks

Absolutely dreadful! Took my prescription in, told it would be ready 4 days later. 6 days later, still no medication. Definitely won't be using this place again

Terrible chemist they always just let their phone ring never answer it even when it's important calls I've rang over 13 times still no answer this review is by Kirsty .

Place is a complete shambles, used to be great but now its terrible.
