Put a request in for nutrition drinks ensure plus months ago it's finally been approved by my Dr and now the pharmacist is refusing to dispense the item due to circumstances unknown been told they are ready 4 times each time can we call back another day if the pharmacist was still joe franchi this would never have happened he was brilliant so let's see how they react to a letter off my consultant Dr Kate axe as these drinks are important and if you ring they won't answer the phone. And you got 1 star just because there wasn't a zero available.

I have been asking for ensure drinks for my partner for nearly three days and still have not had them give me a pick up slip for today and still not there still waiting for them not on

I find the girls working in this chemist friendly,helpful and always smiling .
I find the overall service really good ..

I have been trying to ring the chemist as my mother's urgent prescription was due to be delivered today but it never arrived. Every time I rang the Ebbw Vale branch, some one kept picking up the phone then hanging up. I tried 16 times and my mum tried 30 times. I appreciate staff are busy, so why not use an answer machine or something.

One star only because there's no zero Avoid this place like the plague, items missing in my prescription always late or lost fed up after 7 years with this chemist I just changed to another😡

This place is a waste of time, always waiting for service, always being told my prescription is not ready come back tomorrow, even though I put them in well in advance. Need to keep up with the times guys you can do a lot better, very poor.

Takes absolutely ages to get served. Don't pick up your prescription if you are ever in a rush.
